1. Shipping Cost
InsideOutHardware.com offers free standard shipping on all orders over $50.
Orders that do not qualify for free shipping will incur a flat shipping fee of $5.95.
2. Order Processing & Delivery Time

Orders typically ship within 1–2 business days.

Estimated delivery time is approximately 5 business days from the date of shipment.

Weekends and holidays are not included in this estimate.
3. Shipping Carriers
We ship using multiple carriers based on order size, weight, and destination, including:

Carrier selection is made at our discretion. It is the customer’s responsibility to notify us of any known delivery issues with specific carriers.
4. Order Tracking
Once your order ships, a tracking number will be sent by email within 1–2 business days after your order is placed.
Please note that shipping labels may be created before the package is in transit, so tracking updates may not appear immediately.
5. International Shipping
At this time, InsideOutHardware.com does not offer international shipping.
6. Alaska & Hawaii Shipping
Additional logistics are required for shipments to Alaska and Hawaii.
Larger orders may be subject to additional shipping fees.
7. Expedited Shipping
Expedited shipping options are not displayed at checkout due to varying product sizes and weights.

8. Delivery Responsibility
InsideOutHardware.com is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once delivery is confirmed by the carrier.
Please ensure your shipping address is secure and accurate.
9. Damaged or Missing Items
Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery.
Any damaged, defective, or missing items must be reported within 7 days of receipt.

Returns Policy
InsideOutHardware.com offers a 30-day return window from the date the order is received.
1. Return Timeframes

Returns received within 30 days are eligible for a full product refund.

Returns after 30 days may be subject to penalties and/or restocking fees.

Returns will not be accepted after 90 days under any circumstances.
2. Conditions for All Returns
All returns must meet the following requirements:

All other returned items must be unused, unopened, and undamaged.
Installed, used, or damaged items may:-
Be subject to a restocking fee, or

Be ineligible for a refund, depending on condition.
