Because we sell cabinet hardware, door hardware, and related products, customers are responsible for reviewing all specifications carefully before purchasing, including size, projection, center-to-center measurements, finish, handing, and compatibility.

We reserve the right to correct pricing errors, inaccurate product information, or availability issues at any time, including after an order has been submitted. If an error affects your order, we may contact you with updated information or cancel the order and issue a refund.
- Order Acceptance
Placing an order does not guarantee acceptance. All orders are subject to review and availability.
We reserve the right to refuse, limit, or cancel any order for any reason, including suspected fraud, pricing errors, product unavailability, or issues with payment authorization.
If your order is canceled after payment has been processed, we will issue a refund to the original payment method.
- Payment
Payment must be received in full before an order is processed and shipped.

- Shipping and Delivery
Shipping times shown on the website are estimates only and are not guaranteed.
Delivery delays may occur due to carrier issues, weather, manufacturer backorders, holidays, or other circumstances beyond our control. Inside Out Hardware is not responsible for delays once an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier.
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
Risk of loss and title for products pass to the customer upon delivery to the carrier or upon confirmed delivery to the shipping address provided, as applicable under carrier handling.
- Inspecting Orders Upon Arrival
Customers should inspect all items promptly upon delivery.
If an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, you must notify us within [5] business days of delivery at [your customer service email] and include your order number, description of the issue, and photos if applicable.
Failure to report shipping damage or order issues within that timeframe may limit our ability to assist.
- Returns and Exchanges

Items that have been installed, used, damaged after delivery, marked as clearance, custom-made, special-order, or otherwise identified as non-returnable are not eligible for return.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error or a defective item.
Approved returns may be subject to a restocking fee where applicable.
Refunds are issued after the returned item is received and inspected. Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
- Cancellations
Orders may only be canceled before they are processed or shipped.
If an order has already been processed, packed, shipped, or submitted to a supplier, cancellation may not be possible or may be subject to restocking, processing, or return shipping charges.
Special-order or custom items cannot be canceled once submitted for fulfillment.

Inside Out Hardware is not responsible for installation errors, labor costs, misuse, finish wear from improper care, or incompatibility with existing cabinetry, doors, or hardware setups.
