- Free standard shipping on orders over $50 across the USA. Orders under $50 ship for $5.95.
- Ships within 1 to 2 business days via UPS, FedEx, or USPS. Estimated delivery is 5 business days from shipment. Weekends and holidays not included.
- Tracking number sent by email after shipment. Updates may take 1 to 2 business days to appear.
- Damaged or missing items must be reported within 7 days at support@insideouthardware.com with your order number and photos.
- Returns accepted within 30 days. Items must be unused and in original condition. Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility. Refunds issued to original payment method after inspection.
